HOW TO SELL A PAINTING THROUGH THE SBA<\/span> <\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Society of Fine Arts works on the market also by managing paintings entrusted by third parties. The people who want to make use of this service can get directly in touch with the restored seat in Viareggio, by pointing the work out with a photo or by e-mail. The experts of the Society will suggest the most profitable form of selling (private negotiation, auction, exhibition in the seasonal seat of Cortina d’Ampezzo or an on-line shop-window).The two parties will then reach an agreement on the term of office which may also be renewed, after considering the opportunity. The selling price is established by mutual consent between the client and the experts of the Society. In case of sale, the former will pay the Society a commission on the sum realized, including VAT and operating costs. The client will pay possible restoration charges. The payment will be made after 30 working days from the date of the sale and of the settlement.<\/p>\n

HOW TO PURCHASE A PAINTING THROUGH THE SOCIETY OF FINE ARTS<\/span><\/h2>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

1. The Society of Fine Arts is a Co. Ltd that work on the market by selling paintings on its own or on behalf of third parties in conformity with art.1704 c.c.<\/p>\n

2. The Society of Fine Arts Co. Ltd guarantees the absolute authenticity of the paintings put on sale, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity (law no.490\/99 CCP), as well as the veracity and correctness of the technical-bibliographic information to be found in the “descriptive card”. These guarantees are also extended to the works for which the Society acts as an agent.<\/p>\n

3. The selling price is in line with the present state of the market, and it includes purchase commissions and taxes.<\/p>\n
